- You may cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
- However, subscriptions for 1 and 3 months are final and not eligible for a refund once activated.
- Suppose the service is not functioning correctly, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. In that case, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- After 30 Days: No refunds can be processed for any purchases after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- IPTV Devices: Any physical devices delivered as part of our service are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the products.
